Tried all their burgers, shawarma, sandwich, chicken and fish. The quality of food is good and hygienic. To be honest, only fried chicken and fish fillet taste good not the best. Overall it's over-hyped, 6/10.
Services and qualities are Degraded now. No customer care no rules and regulations now. Staff is shouting on each other, even with kitchen wares sounding. Quality of food is degraded as compare to previous at same out let. Three years ago there was a sitting area to eat food which is absent now. Food found not fully tendered and cooked. Big size chicken pieces were less cooked. Very disappointing. However yet a rush is found at the out let long lines still seen.
I had the worst experience in albaik burj al saah restaurant! I’ve waited more than 45 min after the order, it should be a fast food restaurant ! , and the employees were extremely irresponsible! I told them i have a flight to catch and they didnt care ! I ended up leaving the receipt at the counter ! I lost my money and time ! U can check your camera’s dec 29 2024 - 4:30 p.m , my order number is 912 ! The worst experience ever ! So disappointing
One of the favorite restaurants while being in Makkah, for its tasty dishes and great service. Wow, in Makkah, few hundred meters from Al Haram, we had to wait in a long queue to reach to the cashier, order, pay, pick your food and then find any corner to eat. This is the situation for most of restaurants in Makkah especially in peak season. Anyway, Al Baik fried chicken, fried potatoes and soft drinks.
